It has recently been revealed, that both Dark Phoenix and The Mutants are about to be presented in theaters in approximately a year. Initially, X-men films were supposed to be released in 2018, but Deadpool 2 was the lone premier in theatres. This time, release dates seem to be finally locked in.

Dark Phoenix, a sequel for the disappointing 2016’s X-Men: Apocalypse, and New Mutants, a horror X-Men adaptation, are scheduled. Currently, it is very likely that Fox will sooner or later buy the 20th Century Fox and, therefore, will be masterminding the X-Men, Fantastic Four and Deadpool future movies. Nonetheless, Fox is still in charge at the moment and it seems like they have more mutants’ adventures to present.

Dark Phoenix

It has been reported previously that Dark Phoenix is about to arrive in theatres on February 14, 2019. The person behind direction is Simon Kinberg, who has been an X-Men producer for quite a while, and this movie provides him with a directional debut opportunity.

Josh Boone is a director for New Mutants, who had to perform numerous reshoots for the movie, therefore delaying the premier. Boone has been rumored to have numerous arguments with the studio for some unknown reasons.

Huge amount of money us about to be spent for both movies, which does not grant the quality of them, especially considering the recent rumors, which speculate on their terrible quality.
